To the students, staff, and faculty of the Fairbanks Summer Arts Festival and the Alaska Jazz Workshop:
Thank you for making this past July extra special.

My Anchorage middle and high schoolers were out of sight talented, motivated, and inspirational! What a pleasure to have been given a whole week with these guys. Thank you John Damberg for the invitation and the extra-thoughtful care-taking.

The folks in Fairbanks were sweet as always. With her unstoppable love and devotion, Jo Scott keeps that festival's heart pumping stronger than ever.  And what a faculty of Boston and LA superstars. The daily concerts were  fabulous.
